Shipping Options

Orders are dispatched via Post Haste track & trace service.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday ( Excluding public holidays ) will be dispatched the same day Unless they contain a custom edible Image then it may add an extra day to dispatch times.
 

Delivery Times
Since Covid-19 started delivery times have become unpredictable.
Because of this we unfortunately cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered overnight or within a set timeframe.
We do recommend that our customers order in advance to avoid disappointment in case an order takes longer than expected to be delivered.
If your order has taken longer than 4 working days after the dispatch date to be delivered, Please contact us on sales@kitchendomain.co.nz and we will look into it for you.

South Island Shipping
Orders are shipped to the south island on Post Haste minimum 2 day courier service.

Rural Shipping

Orders sent to rural addresses are sent by Post Haste But delivered via New Zealand Post rural service.
which can take several Days extra.

Please note Post Haste's rural zones differ from standard postal rural zones.
