Wiltshire Classic Meat Thermometer
Take the guess work out of cooking meat and Poultry. A roast chicken tastes best at its peak flavour, and of course when you know it is safe for eating. The Wiltshire instant-read thermometer gives readings quickly and ensures a succulent roast or juicy chicken.
Be aware the thermometer is not oven-safe and must not be left in the meat while it is cooking. Use the thermometer towards the end of the minimum cooking time and allow it to remain in the meat for only 15 seconds, at a depth of 5cm for an accurate reading.
- Use the following temperatures to determine when the meat is cooked to your liking: Chicken 75°c, Pork 77°c, Beef & Lamb -rare 60°c Medium 68°c well done 77°c
- Hand wash in warm soapy water
- Large 5cm dial with 13cm Probe
