Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Just about any product from Kitchen Domain can be returned for credit
Item(s) which will not be credited are the following
- Custom Edible Images
- Sprinkles sold by weight
- Edible Flowers
- Clearance Items
WHAT are the Return Conditions?
We just have a couple of conditions
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Edible products must not have the safe seal broken
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 14 days if you change your mind.
Warranty claims can be returned any time within the warranty period of the product.
Note: We can only assist in a warranty claim if the product was purchased through Kitchen Domain.
If the product did not come from us sorry we cannot help.

HOW do customers return items?
Simply pop the item(s) in a box and post or courier back to us.
The important part is to enclose a copy of the order with the item(s).
Otherwise we have no idea who send it back to us.
SHIPPING for returns?
Costs involved in returning items to Kitchen Domain are the responsibility of the consumer.
In an instance where we had sent you an incorrect item. Kitchen Domain will cover the costs of returning the item.
CREDIT for returns?
Refunds will be put back to the payment source.
e.g. if you paid with a credit card then and refund with go back onto that card.
Orders that are paid for by Afterpay will incur a 5% surcharge as Afterpay merchant tranaction fees are non-refundable.
