Round images standard are a 7 inch diameter print
The images are not pre-cut
This gives you the able to cut a wider boarder if you need
All you need is a pair of scissors

Simply cut the image out to the desired size for your cake
Peel the image off the clear plastic backing
Lay the image down on your frosted cake
Pipe frosting around the edge of the cut out
Done
